Work with our in-house designers to agree final artwork illustrating the scale and placement of your design and receive your yarn colour card before your rug is put into production.
The design is then transformed into a rug by our master craftsmen in 16-24 weeks for handknotted rugs and 8-12 weeks for handloomed designs. You can read more about the handknotted process here.
Day of arrival! Our team will agree a convenient delivery date with you for Front Door Delivery by courier (complimentary) or White Glove installation by our in house team (charges apply). All our rugs are supplied with non-slip underlay (free of charge).
Final artwork illustrating your preferred scale of design will be agreed once the order is placed.
Prices inclusive of a 15% custom surcharge for 1x change and 20% for 2x changes (for additional artwork and production resources).

Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, the final colour and dimensions may differ slightly from those specified.
Please note returns are not possible on any Custom items as these are specially commissioned items tailor made to your specifications.
Made-to-order and custom pieces have a standard delivery time of 16-22 weeks (handknotted) and 10-14 weeks (handloomed). We deliver to most international destinations. Delivery charges are calculated by weight and are calculated at the checkout. You may need to pay local customs and duties charges as we do not collect these.

Mary Katrantzou is a Greek fashion designer based in London. She grew up in Athens with her mother, an interior designer, and her father, a textile engineer and studied Architecture at RISD, before switching to textile design at Central Saint Martins in London. Dubbed “The Queen of Print”, Katrantzou changed the face of 21st century fashion, inspiring high fashion and high street designers alike with her fearless and playful approach to design. Last year Katrantzou celebrated 10 years since launching her label and has expanded the complexity of her textile beyond print, translating her visuals to knit, digital craftsmanship, and now rugs.
