Inspired by Morris Stripe, Christopher John Rogers’ original artwork from his Ready-to-Wear 2027 collection, Paintstroke Rainbow captures the prismatic shades of a single brushstroke, in a spectrum of painterly hues, within an ivory border. It is expertly handknotted using Indo-Nepali techniques in wool and silk by our artisans.

Christopher John Rogers designs out loud. The fashion designer is celebrated for fearless colour and expressive print, a sensibility rooted in his Southern upbringing in Baton Rouge and sharpened by a decade in New York. His process is instinctive: ideas are drawn, redrawn and allowed to change, and happy accidents are welcomed rather than erased. With The Rug Company, he carries that spirit to the floor in joyful designs shaped by many hands.
