At The Rug Company, we can offer samples for any design available on our website. Simply choose your design, add a sample to your basket and checkout; we will take care of the rest.
About Our Samples
Designed to last a lifetime, our rugs are handcrafted by our artisanal weavers with
meticulous attention to detail. Our samples provide the same exceptional quality while
offering a shorter lead time, helping you find the perfect rug for your space.
How It Works
- · Browse our products and select a sample that will then appear in your basket. Fill in your delivery details at the checkout and this will be sent to our team.
- · Once reviewed by our team, the availability of your requested samples will be confirmed via email.
- · To confirm your order, we require a deposit that will be refunded once the samples are returned to us.
- · We ask that all samples be returned within 30 days from when your order is confirmed, and we'll ship them to you with a pre-paid returns label.
- · Due to the handmade nature of our products, we will charge €100 per sample if they're not returned within the specified time frame. However, if you need longer, please enquire via the form below.
